But the reality is that discrimination-especially subtle discrimination and harassment-continues to thrive in our workplace. It's everyday stereotypes and assumptions about our differences that are the basis for most discrimination claims.

Without regardàTo Race, Religion, Sex, National Origin, Age, or Disability is a video training program featuring 10 short personal stories that explore the different types of actions and behaviors that can lead to a discrimination claim. Participants also learn that by following six simple and unarguable principles - Respect, Integrity, Honesty, Trust, Responsibility and Citizenship - discrimination can be stopped. The legal viewpoint is discussed after each personal vignette along with the principles that can successfully guide employees through this issue.

About the Support Material:

The Participant Manual includes a
pre-test, exercises, key point summarizations, a post-test and an acknowledgement of training certificate. The Participant Manual can be used as a self-study tool or as a compliment to a facilitator-led program.

At the conclusion of the video program, the short stories are replayed without the narrative, allowing trainings the ability to lead discussions and create customized programs that meet the specific needs of their distinct audiences.
